The Contract for The Supply of Goods and Services
Any display of goods and/or services on the website for Baseline Solutions Limited amounts up to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer for sale of products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods and/or services is deemed to exist between the customer and the retailer (Baseline Solutions Limited) unless, and not until, there is a confirmation sent by Baseline Solutions Limited confirming payment has been successfully made and an order has been accepted and raised.
The mentioned confirmation e-mail is an acceptance by Baseline Solutions Limited of an offer made by you to purchase goods and services from Baseline Solutions Limited. The acceptance is in effect, irrespective of whether you receive said e-mail or not.
Baseline Solutions Limited are free to disengage from any prospective contract at any time prior to its acceptance. The freedom to disengage from said contract also applies in any occurrence of and error or inaccuracy in the respect of the goods or services, the relevant information to the goods or services e.g., description, the availability of the goods or services as well as the order itself.
Order Processing
Any order placed on the e-commerce website for Baseline Solutions Limited are charged at the time you place your order. If you wish to change an order you will be unable to, but you are still able to cancel your if you wish.
Orders will not be dispatch until full payment of an order has been received. For any delays caused due to payment issues and/or incorrect payment information Baseline Solutions Limited will not be held responsible. There is no obligation for us to contact you if your order is complete, but if the contact information is supplied, we may do so.
Confirmation of placing an order is sent via e-mail as well as an electronic invoice.
Delivery Of an Order
Subject to stock availability and under normal circumstances, orders placed before 1pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday) are dispatched for delivery within 1 – 3 weeks. Saturdays and Sundays and Bank holidays.
Should there be delivery that are outside of our control, and you have waited up to 30 days for delivery and still have not received anything, contact us and we can help with a resolution.
The shipping address supplied when the order is complete is where delivery will be made unless prior or subsequent change of address has been agreed. The accuracy of said address is important and if you notice any errors on your confirmation or invoice e-mails, please contact us to resolve it. Unless caused by any negligence from Baseline Solutions Limited, no liability can be accepted for any loss, damages or delays that are a result of incorrect delivery information.

Cancellation Of an Order
Cancellation By the Customer
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 every customer has the right to cancel an order that is within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. No reason for the cancellation is needed and unless other stated, no penalty will be charged.
If you have received your item(s), the non-faulty returns procedure highlighted in our returns policy will need to be followed.
If the item(s) are still on our premises, the order can be cancelled, and the amount refunded to you as per our returns policy.
Cancellation By Baseline Solutions Limited
Baseline Solutions Limited reserves the right to cancel an order if one of the following reasons below are valid:
- There is insufficient stock to fulfil an order.
- Delivery cannot be made to address you have supplied.
- The delivery is outside the UK Mainland.
- One or more products that you have placed an order for was displayed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error is pricing information supplied to us by one of our suppliers.
- The product is not available from our main supplier.
If a cancelation is made by us, an e-mail notification will be sent, and the account which payment was made from will be credited within 30 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
Our Policy on Refunds
For orders that have not been dispatched, the cost of the order, including any delivery charges, will be refunded back into the account the order was paid from.
Any orders that have already been dispatch will need to be returned into us within fourteen days of you notifying us of your return before any reimbursements for the goods can be made.
Any refunds will only be made when all products agreed to be refunded have been returned into us in good condition, whether this agreement was reached over the telephone or by e-mail. The items are too be returned by the customer to our warehouse at their own cost and risk.
All refunds will be made to the account used to make payment within 30 days from the date of an order cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, then it will be from the date the items were received back and inspected and approved for return.
Returning An Order

Credit Information
When credit is applied to an account, the credit is only valid for 3 months, starting from the date that the credit memo is issued. After the 3-month period has passed, the credit will be subject to review and if approved a longer term will issued, if the account will no longer remain valid if it has not been used for a 3-month period.
Limitations Of Liability
Unless specifically stated on the site, Baseline Solutions Limited as well as any directors, employees or any other representative are not be held liable for damages that arise or in connection of the use of this site or any goods and/or services supplied. The limitation of liabilities applies to any and all kinds of damage including compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, a loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property or business or any third party claims whatsoever.
Illegal Activity
It is a criminal offense to knowingly provide an untrue name or an invalid means of payment. Anyone who is caught willingly entering a fictitious and/or erroneous will be prosecuted by the law to the fullest extent. Electronic fingerprints are tracked on every order placed through this website to help enable us and all crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace the users that have been engaging in any criminal behaviour on this website.
Warranty Cover
Unless stated differently, any product on the website for Baseline Solutions Limited are subject to a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover against any failures of performance or damages that have arisen due to Acts of God or any form of abuse, abnormal or misuse. You are also not covered when there is use in violation of any applicable standard, codes or instructions for use including without limitation to those contained in the latest safety, industry and/or electrical standards for the relevant region(s).
